Accessibility Statement

How we make gearinfotech.com accessible, and how to reach us if something doesn’t work for you.

Gear InfoTech is committed to making gearinfotech.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We build accessibility into our own site the same way we build it for our clients.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard required for state and local government websites under ADA Title II.

How we test

  • Automated testing with axe-core on every page before it’s published
  • Keyboard-only navigation checks
  • Screen reader checks with VoiceOver
  • Color contrast and text resizing checks up to 200% zoom

Known limitations

Some older pages and third-party tools, like embedded forms and client login pages, may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA yet. We’re working to fix them.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of this site, please tell us. We’ll work with you to provide the information in another way and fix the problem.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
